The Teachings of Ana~ A Peruvian Spirit Guide by Suzanne Spooner of TAUK
Hi Everyone,
Today I had booked a Reiki session with a very talented intuitive friend named Elizabeth Eiler. This was only my second session with her and she feels like a friend from way back…One of those. 🙂 Last session she gave me very interesting knowledge about my angels and animal guides. She is the real deal. Today in our session she was quieter at first and then started telling me about a guide named Ana whom I have Peruvian and Bolivian connection with. She said that Ana called me Serpent Woman in the meaning of a keeper of knowledge. Elizabeth channeled through quite a bit of information for Ana and naturally I couldn’t wait to get to my meditation room to see if she wanted to chat via TAUK. She did. 🙂 My feeling is that Ana will be a regular here on the TAUK blog. Today she gave a beautiful lesson on adjusting our frequency to be in synch with our physical surroundings. [Hello Ana.] Hello Suzanne. You are a knowledge keeper and I am your guide to bring forth the knowledge. You have been a shaman, a healer and a medicine woman in Peru. You are a channel of light and your channel was opened today in your Reiki session. The information I wish to bring through you is for the masses and for yourself.
In this time now, universal windows are opened so that information can easily be shared without the limits of time and space. I am Ana. I taught you the knowledge in your lives in Peru and now is the time for you to bring the knowledge through again in this life. Prioritize your time so that we can connect daily if possible. Release any concern you have and let’s bring forth the knowledge and assist the amazing souls on the planet.
You and I will channel about light, frequency and vibration. However, in the knowledge I bring through, the ideas about how these three concepts relate will be from the ancient Peruvian wisdom teachings.
Let’s begin with a simple lesson for today. First, picture yourself in the jungle of Peru. Imagine the sounds of the animals and the feel of the air as it hangs quietly under a canopy of green. Imagine that you are traveling through the jungle on a path known by you. You have walked this path many times; from village to temple. As you move deftly through the brush and the earth you shift your vibration to match the jungle’s vibration. You sense the plants and the animals who knew you were coming before you began the journey. You send all that is around you a blessing of light and co-habitation. It is like your RSVP to their invitation of communion while you make the journey to the temple.
Today be mindful of your surroundings. Send blessings of light and co-habitation to your pets, plants, people and dwelling. Feel yourself as a friend to all that is around you in the physical plane. Be in ease.
This exercise or teaching shifts your energy field to a higher vibration. When you practice this process and maintain it, your other senses will naturally refine. ~Ana

I am being guided to currently build a temple for meeting up with my spirit guids in the etheric region as well. I am creating every tree, bird and sound and fully dive into it. Sounds like possibly what Ana is asking you to do as well. We will see. Just started following.
