TAUK Messages 
Hi, can these types of sessions be conducted over the phone, or is there a way to find out if someone with similar skills to yours is available in my area?
Hi Mick, Thanks for your question. If you want a TAUK session with me, where I receive a message for you and get answers to your questions, then yes we can do that over the phone. If you want to learn how to TAUK then you can do that online. If it’s a QHHT session you are looking for, that needs to be done in person. I hope that helps! 🙂 ~ Suzanne
These blog posts are beautiful reminders of the greater love we carry inside of ourselves that our human consciousness tends to step around and over therefore our deepest subconsciousness sits in the background waiting for our mind to get out of the way to let the true meaning of ourselves step forward. Learning to love ourselves and all that we are a part of is truly such an amazing aspect of our lives. I adore the fact that I don’t have to practice a ritual or be a certain type of person to remember all these things, I simply just do and just know! I was given a beautiful gift this morning while doing a prayer/meditation before the sunrise, the earth was calm, the energy was calm and I was able to communicate with ALL the pieces of everything of myself. For the very first time, I was able to actually see the lightest of energy inside this dense physical body of mine. What a gorgeous and light spec of light by body encases! I was also able to see all the other parts that connect with it and communicate with it all. It was like coming together as a whole unite still knowing there were so many other parts of me out there doing something else all at the same time. What a grand day! 🙂
