PART 5 CALIBRATING TO THE INCREASING ENERGIES OF EARTH ~ A TAUK MESSAGE BY THOTH AND SUZANNE SPOONER
Hi Everyone,
I sat for this message after being on the treadmill for an extended period of time. To be honest, I have skated through life with very little purposeful exercise. But awhile ago I started to crave moving my body. I didn’t set any goals and just knew if I moved regularly I would strengthen my body and mind. So, today as I finished on the treadmill I was taking stock of how my mind felt and knew it was a great time to sit and and allow the information to flow for this fifth installment from Thoth. This is where the message picks up. I hope these steps are assisting those who are kind enough to read them.

[Hello Thoth.] Hello Suzanne. You are in a state of openness. The mind lets go when you exercise the body, much like a meditation state. This is a segway into today’s topic of opening yourself to higher energies that elevate your consciousness.
Today focus on your breathing. Be mindful of your patterns of breath. When you find yourself with a stressful thought increase your breathing rapidly for several seconds. This incorporates oxygen into the pineal gland. Once you’ve repeated that step several times (the number 6 popped into my mind) you will be in synch with knowledge.
If you want to explore your consciousness to resolve an issue try rapid breathing with slower than normal breathing (4 of each set). Conscious breathing is the wormhole to all knowledge. It is the tool of initiation and advancement. It is also solely contained within your vessel and within reach at all times.

Breath and breathing is so important. When I was young I had asthma I thought about my breath and started consciously breathing before long the asthma had gone. Years later I had a patient suffering from Parkinson’s disease. She was in her sixties and a keen golfer. She was frustrated with shaking when trying to play. I used conscious breathing and chakra energising techniques. She quickly conquered her shaking and lived for another 15 years. When she died her son phoned me to thank me for giving her the means to carry on. It is very important to our health.
